ARRIVAL TIME
Your given arrival time is 30 minutes prior to your treatment time, please do not arrive earlier than your given arrival time. We allow this time for you to change and fill in a health form and for you to relax in our lounge with a soothing herbal tea prior to your treatment. This ensures that you receive your full treatment time.

WHAT TO WEAR
Please arrived freshly showered, wearing something that is relaxing and comfortable. Robes, slippers and lockers are provided for all Mineral Spa treatments. Customers utilising The Retreat wet area are advised to bring their own swimwear. Disposable underwear is provided for all body wraps and exfoliations. A selected range of swimwear is available for purchase from reception.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
The Mineral Spa offers a relaxing and harmonious environment for you to enjoy your treatments. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the Mineral Spa. 15 – 17yrs old must be accompanied by an adult.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol should not be consumed prior to any Mineral Spa treatment. Management reserve the right to refuse custom, should we see fit.

ALERT US
Please advise staff of any disability at the time of booking to ensure all treatments can be undertaken. Some treatments are not recommended for people with high blood pressure or pregnancy.

MOBILE PHONES
For the privacy and comfort of all guests, we request that all mobile phones are switched off and that no cameras are taken into the spa

JEWELLERY
It is advisable to lock away all jewellery in the locker provided as we take no responsibility for lost items. Jewellery can tarnish in the mineral water spas.

ROBES,TOWELS & SLIPPERS
For your comfort, we provide disposable underwear, slippers, towels and a robe. Please see reception if you prefer a larger robe or additional towel.

MAINTAINING OUR RELAXED ENVIRONMENT
In keeping with our philosophy of creating a harmonious and relaxed environment, we request that all guests tread lightly and quietly whilst moving about in the spa.

THE RETREAT
If you are using our Retreat water facilities, we request that all guests rinse off under the shower (located in the Retreat area) prior to entering the spas

WATER CONSERVATION
Water is the essence of life and it is everybody’s responsibility to conserve this precious resource. Mineral Spa takes this responsibility seriously, therefore we would appreciate if all guests limit their showers to 3 minutes and that if possible, to use only one towel. We thank you for your support.

CONCLUSION OF YOUR VISIT
At the conclusion of your visit, please leave your towel in the change room bins provided and return your robe and key to reception. Please feel free to take your slippers home with you.
