Peppers Spa Villas Peppers Spa Villas are contemporary two storey architect designed warehouse style studios complete with Plasma screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, fireplace and ensuite with spa bath. Set in the gardens of Villa Parma, they are designed to capture the views of Doctors Gully and the Hepburn Regional Park. Featuring King beds in the upstairs loft and additional bedding of either Split King or two singles in the second room, Spa Villas can accommodate up to 4 people.
